She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

As a former chef, I love food and helping people figure out ways to enjoy it… while simultaneously nourishing and respecting their bodies. Most of my clients choose to work with me to improve their GI function, enhance their metabolic health, and ultimately improve the quality of their life.

Kristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She believes in creating a supportive environment for behavior change.
