Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. After working with Kelsey, you will have a clear understanding on how to reach your nutrition goals.

Leddy is a Spanish-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with extensive experience in both pediatric and geriatric nutrition counseling for feeding disorders, diabetes, heart health, and weight management. Leddy provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, prediabetes, diabetes, allergies, and gastrointestinal and food intolerances.

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) with 12 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics and I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical nutrition to further advance my knowledge and skills as a RD. I am very passionate about helping others and I strongly believe that non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. are preventable by making certain lifestyle changes and I aim to provide sustainable ways to make those changes rather than a "diet" approach.

Catherine provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment to cultivate a relationship with food that nourishes and heals the body while supporting mental wellbeing. I am an experienced Registered Dietitian, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy, and general nutrition counseling. I am currently the director of the nutrition department at the NYS Psychiatric Institute, an in-patient treatment unit at Columbia University Medical Center. My philosophy is founded on the principle that being healthy does not require dieting or deprivation. We will work towards creating a healthy relationship with food by normalizing eating behaviors and developing the skills to make mindful decisions about food and your body.

Maeda is a Hindi and Urdu-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with experiences in nutrition support, nutrition education, and weight management. Maeda has worked as an ICU Clinical Dietitian at Elmhurst Hospital for 3 years. She has extensive experience in parenteral and enteral nutrition support.

Christina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices with a functional medicine/holistic whole body approach. She believes the whole body is deeply interconnected and guides you to understanding and tuning in to what your body is telling you it needs. She empowers clients with the tools and knowledge to make sustainable changes a reality for their life. Emma is a Mandarin-speaking dietitian-nutritionist. She attended New York University where she obtained a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics. Emma specializes in nutrition counseling for weight management, pre-diabetes, cardiovascular health, and adolescences nutrition.

Kelly Krikhely MS RD CDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist who works one on one with clients to create individualized and realistic eating plans that fit their needs and lifestyle. Background: After obtaining a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, Kelly worked for many years at Mount Sinai Hospital. She now works at New York Presbyterian Columbia Irving Medical Center, and teaches clinical nutrition as an adjunct professor at New York University. Kelly also has a private practice on the side and offers sessions in the evening hours on weekdays, and in the morning and afternoon on Sundays.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

I know what it’s like to suffer from terrible fatigue, weight imbalances, digestive symptoms (constipation and diarrhea), skin issues, and hormone imbalances. It has taken me years of rigorous study to understand what I teach my clients simply and practically. I’ve been practicing nutrition for 5 years and have helped thousands of clients with Diabetes Type 2, menopause, fatigue, and other painful symptoms by focusing on just 1 thing, healing the gut.
