My name is Irini and I am a health, nutrition, & natural living expert. As co-founder of The Body Healer, I have over 20 years of experience understanding mind/body medicine and how to both physically and emotionally detoxify. I will teach you how to both prevent and heal naturally from chronic diseases. I have been providing consulting and counseling services for over 20 years in general nutrition, nutrition and disease, food allergies and sensitivities, eating disorders, cardiac rehabilitation, weight management, sports nutrition, exercise prescription, corporate health, health education and program development. I enjoy helping clients meet their health and wellness needs and provide direction for their specific goals. During my free time I like to run, hike, mountain bike, ski, and travel. I offer remote counseling all over the country and reside South Denver and Crested Butte, CO.

I specialize in working with kids via telehealth who are picky eaters (including those diagnosed with Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD), ARFID, and Autism Spectrum Disorder), individuals who are underweight or have growth concerns, and/or suffer from poor gut health (constipation, diarrhea, bloating, excess gas).
