After obtaining a thorough background of your medical and food history, together we set individualized, practical, step-by-step short-term goals to get to the place where you want to be. The focus is on the whole person, taking into account food likes and dislikes. Initial meetings generally are 75 minutes with 30 minute follow ups.
It's not always easy to make lasting lifestyle changes, and studies show it takes at least 12 weeks to develop a new habit. This is why my approach takes into account the whole person and my affordable packages include follow ups and between session assistance to keep you on track.
