I have advanced training in eating disorder nutrition therapy for adult and adolescent populations as well as experience guiding yoga/meditation classes for those in the midst of recovery. I believe it is our birthright to eat intuitively and move in a way that honors our body’s unique needs and limitations.
The care you will receive while working with me will be weight inclusive, trauma- informed, grounded in the Health at Every Size movement, and aligned with the principles of Intuitive Eating. We will shed the damaging diet mentality and learn how your wellbeing does not have to come by manipulating your body size and at the expense of your mental health.
