Welcome to The Dietitian, LLC aka Maureen Wasik. I'm a dietitian and diabetes educator in practice for over 30 years. Many people come to me for weight loss and I offer a whole food approach that encompasses a wide variety of diet choices, i.e., low carb, keto, Mediterranean, plant based, etc. We find the types of food and the eating pattern that fit your tastes, your lifestyle, and helps you meet your health goals.
Diabetes and pre-diabetes are conditions I see frequently. I’ve had success helping people get their diabetes under control or put it into remission. I’ve helped folks lower their sugar and prevent diabetes. GI distress, autoimmune conditions, general nutrition, PCOS, and menopausal weight gain are some of the many reasons to schedule an appointment.
