I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals through a personalized lifestyle approach using intuitive eating practices. Rather than focusing solely on weight, I help patients to focus on their current lifestyle and set reasonable goals towards achieving a better relationship with food and their body. Food has a complex relationship with many other components of our lives including sleep, physical activity, hydration and emotions. We will work through all of these items by setting individualized, achievable goals.
I have experience with adult, pediatric and adolescent eating disorders as well as a wide range of chronic disease states, gastrointestinal complications and weight management. Through behavioral change and nutrition education, I can help you address these complications and set reasonable goals towards a better relationship with food and your body.
