That’s where I come in. I am here to help you untangle certain messages to find what works for you and your own life, not what diet culture says is best for you. I decided to become a Registered Dietitian while I was mid-treatment for my eating disorder nearly two decades ago. It took a handful of years to make sure I had a solid footing in my recovery before deciding to go back to school to become an Eating Disorder Dietitian.
Whether you have been recently diagnosed with an eating disorder, have been battling one your entire life, or are starting to feel sick of dieting and just want to explore other options- I’m here for you.
