I have over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. I am a board-certified diabetes educator (diabetes, prediabetes and GDM). I work with clients on weight loss both with and without a GLP1, cardiovascular and kidney disease. I am passionate about women's health (perimenopause that's you).
