About
For the past 30 years, I have helped thousands of clients with their diet-related challenges in this country and abroad. Working in hospitals and my own private practice, I use evidence-based practices in Diabetes Care, Gestational Diabetes, Post Acute Rehab, Skilled Nursing and Renal Care. My years of relevant experience allows me to create a custom nutrition program for your unique health goals. In addition to the science of nutrition, I am an expert on foods of different palates and ethnicities. I am a specialist in vegan, vegetarian and diets related to food intolerances.
I am a Certified Diabetes Educator and have a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management. I also have years of experience in diet counselling and motivating to bring about desired results and help clients attain their health goals.
I empathize with your frustrations and challenges since it is not easy to be alone on the journey to good health. With so much confusing information on the internet, I can make the process less overwhelming for you. Together we will tailor a personalized solution to help you achieve your health goals. Let's do it!
