I am a Sports Dietitian and Eating Disorder Dietitian. I find joy in helping athletes to fuel their bodies for performance as opposed to a body size. I specialize in assessing and addressing symptoms of RED-S and Low Energy Availability. I work with athletes with nutrition for post-injury recovery. I work with clients to discover the skills necessary to navigate the world of diet culture through a non-diet approach. I aim to provide a supportive and listening environment for those with eating disorders/disordered eating in finding nourishment, joy, and peace with food through the Health at Every Size philosophy.
I have spent for years as Director of Sports Nutrition at the University of New Hampshire. I am a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics currently licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
I would love to work alongside clients as they navigate the world of confusing nutrition information and healthism on their way to peak performance and a comfortable and peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.
