Wiese Nutrition is a weight inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirming nutrition practice that believes folks deserve care that addresses their mental and physical health needs, regardless of body size. We are made up of New York Eating Disorder Dietitians and Brooklyn Eating Disorder Dietitians with experience in treatment programs as well as outpatient treatment for folks in recovery or folks wanting to get off the fad dieting cycle. We provide in person and virtual one-to-one nutrition counseling and have in person availability in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn location.
We are skilled at compassionate nutrition therapy geared towards freeing yourself from diet culture and disordered eating. This includes nutrition education, exploring fear foods and getting coached meals and food exposures. We also help our clients build skills through meal planning and grocery shop brainstorming.
Wiese Nutrition wants to help you build a life that isn't about dieting and would love to help you build a better relationship with food.
