Hello! I am so glad you are here. As a Registered Dietitian, I strive to create a supportive, goal-oriented, individualized counseling experience for each patient. My goal is to help patients increase in confidence surrounding nutrition and ensure they leave each appointment feeling equipped to face challenges related to health, wellness, lifestyle, and mindset. Whether you are the parent of a picky eater, a soon-to-be high school graduate with life changes on the horizon, an adult hoping to achieve metabolic health, or anywhere in between, I would love to work with you on developing an individualized plan for meeting your goals!
I first began work as a Registered Dietitian in 2018 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. During my time at Cincinnati Children's I developed an expertise in pediatric weight management and nutrition in relation to sleep. I cultivated a passion for helping children, parents, young adults, and entire families achieve metabolic health and find peace with food.
