I am a licensed, registered dietitian/nutritionist offering virtual nutrition counseling. I enjoy working with adult clients of all ages with any of the following: weight-related concerns, eating disorders, disordered eating thoughts or behaviors, struggles with body image, cardiovascular disease, and Parkinson's Disease. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their nutrition goals, and establish a healthy relationship with food and their body, so they can live life to the fullest.
My approach is to help clients identify opportunities for developing sustainable eating habits that fit into their existing routines, preferences, budget, and lifestyle. I use a variety of evidence-based and innovative strategies tailored to each individual in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Outside of my private practice, I am the Assistant Director and Senior Nutritionist at the Boston University Sargent Choice Nutrition Center.
