Accepting new clients!—Navigating food and diet in our society can be confusing (diet-culture, anyone?). It it easy to feel as though the recommendations for how we are supposed to eat changes from day-to-day. Increase fruit, but not too much, but on Sunday's don't eat fruit; Try Keto for 24 hours and then eat a high carb meal; Make sure you're eating protein and only protein, but remember that too much protein is bad for you. Yikes. No wonder you're seeking guidance from a Registered Dietitian (RD)! Working with me is a place to come to receive factual nutrition information about how to properly feed your body to feel your best.
We all know we need food to survive, but food, nutrition and body image are also immensely intertwined into our social lives, emotional well-being and self-worth. I help people explore their relationship with food while also feeding themselves adequately to maintain physical health.
Struggling with disordered eating, an eating disorder or receiving a new medical diagnosis can be extremely overwhelming. But, it doesn't have to be. Together, we will discover the intricacies of what you need to be successful nutritionally and make realistic, attainable lifestyle changes to achieve your goals. Looking forward to hearing from you!
