Mary Rader is a clinical dietitian who offers individual and family nutrition consultations. Mary tailors nutrition consultations to meet the unique needs of each client to achieve weight loss and overall health. She provides education, guidance, and lifestyle modifications- empowering the client to set goals to transform their health.

Our personalized nutrition approach uses current scientific research and your genetics to determine how you should be eating, how your body metabolizes different foods, possible allergies and intolerances, and risk of developing chronic conditions like heart disease or stroke, many types of cancer, diabetes, and gut disorders such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis (UC), and irritable bowel syndrome.

I truly enjoy working with clients that currently have or have a history of an eating disorder and/or body image or food related issues. Working with those who are done with the dieting culture, and tired of experiencing statements from healthcare professionals about how they have to change their body. I am a weight and food inclusive dietitian who wants help anyone that is searching for a meal plan that is realistic and meets their personal goals.

For nearly 10 years, my body rebelled against my conventional low-fat, convenience food diet with IBS, intense anxiety, constant cravings, and chronic knee pain (all before the age of 25!). It wasn't until I learned about the healing power of a real food, anti-inflammatory diet and discovered some food sensitivities that I saw a dramatic relief in my digestive and joint symptoms, plus an improvement in how my brain functioned. Now, I am passionate about helping others find their own relief, breakthroughs, and successes in their journey of healing using simple, nutritious foods!
