This can be done in various ways including nutrition and lifestyle support that looks at all areas of one's daily life including diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, simple daily detox support and focusing on a spiritual practice, which for me, as a Christian, includes time with the Lord. This, in my opinion, is a missing link in many people's health journeys. Most focus on the physical, which obviously is important, but the emotional and spiritual aspects are also very important and inter-connected.

Jessica Cortez, MS, RD, LD is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders. Jessica graduated from Texas State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. Jessica went on to complete her Master of Science in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University. Jessica has experience working individually with clients as young as 7 years old and up to 79 years old. Jessica has a great deal of knowledge working with a variety of diagnoses including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), diabulimia and orthorexia/disordered eating.
