I have been practicing as a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist since 2006. I no longer believe the diet approach is valid or sustainable. Research continues to show that dieting not only contributes to weight gain, but also may have a negative impact on overall health. Fortunately, there is another way to think about eating that allows you to make peace with food while achieving your nutrition and health goals.

I work with individuals who are sick of starting another new diet and who feel confused about how to feed themselves due to all the misinformation on social media. I believe everyone deserves to heal their relationship with food and find enjoyment in eating. My nutrition philosophy is based on Intuitive Eating principles and working from an all foods fit approach. I will meet you where you are and work with you to find an individualized nutrition treatment approach that aligns with you and your goals.

Hi there, Are you tired of the struggle and not getting enough help from your health care providers? I am a Registered Dietitian and an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner. In my practice I focused on evidence based health and nutrition through mind - body modalities and use a food centric approach to wellness. We will look at the root causes of your symptoms and chronic diseases and come up with a plan through personalized nutrition, using food as medicine, behavior and lifestyle changes and proper supplementation to optimize the body’s functions.

I work with clients to help them form a positive relationship with food, nourish their body adequately, and address their health concerns with nutrition in a sustainable way. This may include clients with kidney stones, gut health issues, elevated lipids or blood pressure, chronic kidney disease, PCOS, or those just looking to improve their overall lifestyle and self care. I also help clients work towards their exercise and movement goals, and to better understand how physical activity can improve their health.
