She's coached countless individuals to reach their nutrition and health goals by creating a personalized experience for each client. Kristin has worked tirelessly to help her clients achieve results in weight loss, sports nutrition, disease prevention, heart & gut health, plant based nutrition, and behavior & lifestyle modification and psychology. Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.
