Our personalized nutrition approach uses current scientific research and your genetics to determine how you should be eating, how your body metabolizes different foods, possible allergies and intolerances, and risk of developing chronic conditions like heart disease or stroke, many types of cancer, diabetes, and gut disorders such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis (UC), and irritable bowel syndrome.
We offer nutritional counseling one-on-one, for couples and families, or in group settings with or without testing included. We work with you to develop goals, meal plans, and education tailored to your needs as a one-time session or for on-going programs.
Genetic testing which looks at genes to assess risk for various diseases, chronic conditions, and nutrient metabolism. We also use a variety of tests which evaluate food intolerances and allergies which have been shown to greatly reduce symptoms associated with IBS, Crohn's Disease, chronic widespread pain, and mood disorders.
