The initial consultation includes a complete assessment of overall health status, social & medical history, lifestyle, food preferences, sleep, exercise & more. I create a customized eating plan based on your nutrition needs to promote your nutrition & health goals. I offer customized meal planning, virtual follow-up and communication with your medical team.
As an RDN and member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I provide scientific evidence-based nutrition advice in a warm and welcoming setting. I do NOT sell products of any kind.
