Hi! My name is Lauren and I am the founder of Lauren’s Balanced Bites, a virtual nutrition counseling practice that works with ages 14 and up! We are a team of four Dietitians, with a focus on realistic, sustainable nutrition that helps you get healthier without cutting out your favorite foods. Our teams specialities include disordered eating, eating disorder recovery, sports nutrition, blood sugar management, and pre/ postpartum nutrition. Food is something we need everyday and our goal is to help all clients feel at peace with food.
We offer 1:1 virtual nutrition counseling sessions, with the ability to add on support in between sessions. This includes zoom calls, access to an app where you can message us in between sessions, log your food, and receive custom materials to support your nutrition goals.
