I developed a passion for helping individuals struggling with eating disorders when I started my career at a residential treatment center, where I worked for several years both as a dietitian. I’m excited to bring my experience to an outpatient setting and to offer support to individuals in their day to day life as they establish food freedom. My goal is to combat diet culture and create a path towards food and body freedom using a HEAS and an all-foods-fit approach. I’m enthusiastic to be a part of your recovery journey!
I believe in a patient-focused approach, where the patient controls their recovery and their dietitian provides gentle and supportive guidance. My goal is to offer patients a view of wellness that encompasses social, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects. I love to laugh with my patients and embrace their wins.
