Lauren Grieco (she/her) is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist who graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Human Health and Disease. Lauren received her master’s in Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University. Throughout her graduate program, she interned in a variety of healthcare settings.
Lauren comes to Rooted & Restored from an eating disorder clinic and is passionate about helping people heal their own relationship with food and body.
