Do you skip meals, avoid certain types of foods, or fear being out of control with food? If you struggle to trust yourself with food, we can help you shift your mindset and find balance! Let's discuss how feeding your body consistently is helpful, not harmful. I use a compassionate, non-diet approach, and we will take the time to address roadblocks that keep you stuck in your diet cycle or eating disorder. Let's work together to help you regain health: including restoring energy, improving ovulation, and regulating digestion. It's possible to make sustainable changes that don't require eliminating any type of food!
I provide education about breaking away from rigid food rules, and I give you tools to heal your relationship with food. If you have PCOS or digestive issues, I will help you to discover the root causes that affect your hormone/GI issues. We discuss diet culture, body shame, emotional triggers, culture, food scarcity, and all-or-nothing thinking about food.
I'm on your side throughout your journey! You don't have to work on this alone. I encourage you to be involved in goal-setting and to ask for what you know you need from us as your support team. Please contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you! See website for more details!
