HELLO! A pleasure to meet you. I am Laura Zohman MA, LDN, CHT of Mind Body Therapies. For 30 years, I specialized in Holistic Nutrition and Wellness. Nutrition is the basis of good health, involving feeding of our bodies and our cells. Each of us is biochemically unique. My goal for clients is to become the best they can be in all ways. Holistic Nutrition is about basic nourishment of body, mind and spirit. It does not end there. It is about changing our habits, negative thinking and alleviating stress to improve the quality of our life journey and letting go of the struggle.
My specialty is counseling and teaching holistic nutrition and wellness. Taught Nutrition at Northeastern, Salem State, MGH, the Northeast Hospital Group, and at holistic centers. I saw clients at a reproductive health center, spent 9 years at a medical office and then watched clients transform and improve in my own private practice.
