About
Hi I'm Laura Gajda, a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with a background in eating disorders and mental health diagnoses. I also specialize in working with adults that have eating disorders and building sustainability in their own recovery. I look forward to providing individualized care to each and every client. My goal is to work with the client to help build their own sense of autonomy around food and decrease the power that food can have over a client's life. In connecting or re-connecting with fueling your body for the best possible health, my clients see a vast improvement in their day to day lives.
I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics where I also completed my internship. I was the Adolescent Dietitian at Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders and specialized in educating and working with families of adolescents with eating disorders.
I was also the Adolescent Dietitian at Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders and specializes in educating and working with families of adolescents with eating disorders. I enjoy working with people of all ages and look forward to meeting you and beginning a journey towards good health through nutrition.
