I'm a non-diet Registered Dietitian and Registered Yoga Teacher based in Manhattan and Hoboken. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and celiac disease. I provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to help my clients understand nutrition more simply while supporting their journey towards a neutral and peaceful relationship with food. We will work together collaboratively to explore and accomplish your goals.
I provide a non-judgmental space for clients to overcome barriers, navigate goals and build self-compassion in the process. As a person living with celiac disease I also understand the intricacies of navigating a medically necessary gluten-free life and the steps to safely and sanely achieve this.
Prior to private practice I served as a Registered Dietitian at various eating disorder treatment centers as well as the primary Registered Dietitian for the NYU Student Health Center.
