My ideal client is someone that is looking for sustainable lifestyle changes in whatever area in their life that feels unbalanced. This can be managing unhealthy eating habits, GI issues including reflux, gastroparesis, fructose malabsorption, IBS, SIBO, auto-immune, picky eaters, or general health concerns like managing cholesterol and blood pressure.
I specialize in IBS, the Low FODMAP diet, and most other GI issues. I also offer genetic testing to help my clients find a more sustainable lifestyle solution. I practice mindful eating for those seeking weight management and I love to work with families particularly those struggling with picky eaters.
As a dietitian, I am an investigator. I don't just try to apply a bandaid or a one-size-fits-all approach. I genuinely care for my clients and work to build an open relationship with them.
