It is my number one goal to inspire, educate, and facilitate others to eat in a way that nourishes both their bodies and minds. I work closely with my clients to help them navigate an often complicated food and diet culture. I support an anti-diet approach to nutrition. I do not believe in categorizing or demonizing foods. Rather, I encourage my clients to explore their food preferences and recognize how foods make them feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I work with clients (18 years and up) who are struggling with food, weight, disordered eating, and/or medical complications that require nutrition treatment. My work is grounded in evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size (HAES).
