Our society is deeply embedded in “diet culture” making it hard for us to navigate nourishing our bodies. Everybody's eating experience is different whether you struggle with an eating disorder, disordered eating, or a negative relationship with food. At Kind Nutrition Mind we will work to heal your broken relationship with food and build a foundation of evidenced based nutrition knowledge and practices based on your individual needs. Kristen practices with an evidenced based approach incorporating Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE).
Through Kristen's training to become a Registered Dietitian she took a special interest in eating disorder treatment and has gained valuable experience and training in the treatment of eating disorders and intuitive eating. Kristen has recently obtained the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Prospective clients can schedule a call to ensure it is a good fit. All sessions are conducted through tele-med.
