With more than 25 years of clinical practice experience in both residential and outpatient environments, I have transformed my personal recovery journey into a passion for assisting clients in developing healthier relationships with food and their bodies. Whether working with adolescents or adults, my goal is to guide them in understanding, valuing, and embracing their body’s needs, enabling them to thrive and lead fulfilling lives in recovery from an eating disorder. I was also awarded my Board Certification in Sports Dietetics expanding my guidance to athletes struggling with disordered eating, REDS or eating disorders.
• I offer a range of personalized nutrition counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families, helping them build skills, confidence in feeding yourself or loved ones, and overall building a better relationship with food and your body while recovering from an eating disorder. This includes meal planning and meal support.
Beginning the journey to nutritional healing can often be confusing and scary to many struggling with an eating disorder/disordered eating. I am hopeful that while working together I may be able to help someone step away from body, shape and size societal norms and find grace and confidence in nourishing themselves in a self-compassionate way.
