I help my clients make nutritional changes to improve their digestive discomfort, depression and anxiety. With expertise in the low FODMAP diet, I can help reduce your pain, bloating, constipation and diarrhea. I'll help you take the fear out of your food choices so you can enjoy your meals without worrying about symptoms. When life feels overwhelming, I can help you make easy, healthy choices to increase your energy. Research shows there's a strong connection between the gut and the brain, and what you eat can affect how you feel. Let me help you feel better, and live a happy, energized life!

I specialize in digestive health, with an expertise in the low FODMAP diet approach. This diet has been shown to help almost 75% of those struggling with digestive discomfort. With years of experience in behavioral health, I combine scientific research with years of experience, to help those with depression and anxiety.

I have three locations for your convenience, Novato, Mill Valley, and inside Marin Gastroenterology . I am easily accessible if you're in the North Bay, East Bay, Napa or San Francisco. For those outside my area, I provide virtual appointments for your convenience.
