About
Hello! Feeling frustrated with food? I can ease this frustration through medical nutrition therapy. I help people with eating disorders, digestive conditions and overall nutrition wellness. I am a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist in Bozeman, Montana. I have a BS in Psychology and a BS in Food and Nutrition Science. My dietetic career began with the treatment of digestive disorders, weight management and family nutrition. I then found my passion while working in the treatment of eating disorders where I help people “battle” disordered eating patterns, body shame and diet culture mentality.
Marrying these fields of nutrition have given me the tools to intricately balance addressing disordered eating patterns, digestive concerns and health/weight concerns without causing harm. Food and healthy eating can be very confusing and overwhelming with our current diet culture. It is my vow to provide evidence based nutrition information.
I follow the philosophy of intuitive eating to promote change. I always want my clients to feel curious and empowered to change their relationship with food while I act as a guide and support person. I am committed to meet you, the client, wherever you are currently and to use positive, empathic, and scientifically-based counseling to promote change.
