I offer personalized nutrition therapy tailored to each individual’s needs, whether they are seeking support for weight restoration, nutrition education, or managing symptoms of disordered eating.
Using techniques like intuitive eating, cognitive behavioral strategies, and mindfulness practices, I help clients create balanced dietary goals, challenge food-related fears, and improve body image to rebuild a positive relationship with food, make peace with your body, and establish sustainable habits that support long-term recovery.
