Hey there! I'm Kendi, a registered dietitian based in Boise, Idaho, and the founder of My AuDHD Dietitian LLC. As a late diagnosed autistic ADHDer myself, I recognized that there was a significant lack of nutrition care tailored specifically to adults with ADHD and autism. I bring a passion for sharing easy, realistic, and neurodivergent affirming nutrition care to my clients. I believe that all bodies are worthy, and my philosophy reflects a weight-inclusive, anti-oppressive, neurodivergent affirming, and trauma-informed approach.
At My AuDHD Dietitian LLC, our main focus is providing 1:1 neurodivergent affirming nutrition care for adults with ADHD/AuDHD and autism via a secure telehealth platform online. Our core belief is that all bodies are worthy, and our philosophy reflects a weight-inclusive, anti-oppressive, neurodivergent affirming, and trauma-informed approach.
