Hi there! I'm Kelsey! I'm a non-diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I've been honored to serve adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders in a variety of treatment settings. My ultimate goal for individuals is to make peace with food and their bodies.

My nutritional philosophy incorporates Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES), Body Liberation, Self-Compassion, and Division of Responsibility.
