Hi! I am a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders, intuitive eating, sport nutrition, and compassionate nutrition support. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds who are seeking freedom from societal and internalized food rules, body image struggles, and/or chronic dieting. Whether you are navigating recovery from an eating disorder or repairing your relationship with food, I'm here to provide you with evidence-based guidance and no judgment! I work with clients to explore hunger and fullness and empower them to feel confident in making food choices that honor both nourishment and joy.
I have worked in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP) and understand the many stages of recovery. I also collaborate with therapists, doctors, and families to ensure you have a strong support system. I meet clients where they are at and explore sustainable and nourishing goals together.
