Hi, I'm Kelly! I work as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor supporting people living in San Luis Obispo County and throughout California. I offer virtual, weight inclusive nutrition counseling to folks struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, & body image issues. Working together will allow you to heal your relationship with food while creating more space and energy to start living a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Food should be easy and enjoyable. We will partner together to help you let go of food rules and redevelop trust in your body. This will allow you to feel empowered to make food choices that are best for you, at ease in your eating experiences, accepting of your here & now bodies, and experience joyful movement.
