About
I meet my patients where they are at with their diet and we build from there. I work with babies, children, and adults with all nutrition needs. I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Chronic Care Health Professional and a Certified LEAP/MRT Specialists. I am the Lead Dietitian for Kaiser Permanente's Eating Disorder Program and have been a dietitian for over 25 years. What I consider to be my area of specialities are Eating Disorders, Food Allergies, GI issues (IBS C&D, gas/bloating, Crohn's, Celiac), Diabetes, and Health at Every Size.
I counsel patients on evidenced based research while listening to them about what they have or have not tried, what has worked and what hasn't worked. I do offer MRT/LEAP testing (LEAP.com) and nutrition counseling after testing for patients who do not have intolerances to food but who suspect they might be sensitive or dose dependent to certain food(s).
If you are interested in my services reach out to me and we can set up a time to talk for a few minutes, for free, on how I would help you with your nutrition.
