Kayla Jessop is a Registered Dietitian, certified eating disorder dietitian, and credentialed supervisor. She has completed all training in RO DBT and is in the the scholar program. She has extensive experience as the Lead Dietitian at the top eating disorder treatment center in Manhattan where she is most known for being an "eating disorder expert."
Kayla is an Anti-Diet registered dietitian who specializes in helping individuals of all ages regain peace with food and body. She will never tell you to deprive yourself or ban certain foods from your life. She will help you rediscover your body's inner wisdom about how to truly nourish yourself.
