Feeling hunger and fullness can be confusing, scary and even guilt provoking. I work with clients to find a balanced and flexible approach to eating, knowing that all foods can fit and lead to a happier more satisfied life.
I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment as we work on your unique needs. My approach to each client is individualized and seeks to find guidance in your journey to wellness. Outside of my office, I can also do phone or skype sessions. Finally, sessions may also be experiential, involving grocery store tours or restaurant outings/exposures.
