Kathy Kennedy Hutton
Nutritionist/Dietitian, MPH, RD
I have over 20 years experience as a Registered Dietitian with a master's degree in Public Health Nutrition (MPH). I also have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I design individual plans and goals to address your personal health concerns. I focus on the whole person and want to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle. Whether you are interested in losing weight, gaining weight, healthy eating, or managing a specific disease condition. Let me help you be the best you can be!
I have worked with all population groups in my 20+ years of being a Registered Dietitian from infants to people in their 90's. It is important to meet the client where they are in their journey. Every session is focused on the individual. It is never too late to change.
Registered Dietitians are more than just nutritionists. We have to have a bachelor's degree in nutrition, complete a one year supervised internship program under Registered Dietitians, and pass a national exam. We also have to complete 70 hours of specialty nutrition education courses every 5 years to stay current nutrition topics and research.
