I am excited about the opportunity to take this step with you on your health and wellness journey. I have been working as a health coach for the past 15+ years and now serve as the Director of Health Coaching & Intuitive Eating at RWC. My clients would describe me as dynamic and passionate, and it’s important to me to bring those qualities to everyone I work with. I strive to leverage my innate personal compassion, warmth, and authenticity coupled with my professional expertise to provide a tailored approach to each individualized coaching session. My goal is to foster confidence, knowledge, and healthy lifestyle behavioral changes.
I personally have maintained an 80 pound weight loss through changing my relationship with food and staying active. I strive to help people reach their health and wellness goals that once seemed impossible. We are able to achieve this through counseling, meal plan support, and movement guidance.
Our counseling focuses on teaching clients to honor their bodies cues, improving body dissatisfaction, protecting against harmful dieting messages, adopting a more positive relationship with food, and teaching our clients to eat based on their bodies natural hunger and fullness signals. Our focus is on supporting the “whole” person - mind, body, and soul.
