My clients are people who are seeking peace in their relationships with food and their bodies - people who are tired of feeling out of control or overwhelmed around food. If you are interested in pursuing whole-person health in a way that doesn't define success by a number on the scale or perfectly following another diet, we may be a good fit. I love helping clients remove the guilt from their eating and explore what it means to truly nourish themselves.
I offer evidence-based nutrition counseling from a weight-neutral, non-diet perspective. This means I don't define health by body size and I don't use restrictive meal plans in my work. I help clients understand their eating patterns, address nutrition concerns, and build a more peaceful connection with food without obsessing over calories or weight loss.
If you've felt desperate, ashamed, or hopeless about your eating, you're not alone. I'd love to hear about your goals and the support you're looking for, answer any questions you have about working together, and see if we'd be a good fit. I encourage you to reach out! You can do so from this page or via my website.
