I am passionate about empowering women to manage their gestational diabetes to ensure a healthy baby AND mama. I love working with moms and moms-to-be because I know you would do absolutely anything for your little one. I consider it a great honor and responsibility to play a role in equipping you to do just that.
As a mom myself, I know how scary it can be when something goes "wrong" in pregnancy. No one hopes for a GD diagnosis, but with a few simple tweaks, it can be relatively simple to manage. I provide my clients with custom meal plans, lots of time to answer questions, and daily review of food logs so you always know you're on track.
