I have combined my desire to help people with my passion for food and nutrition through working with those suffering from eating disorders, disordered eating, and negative body image. I honor the importance of an individualized approach in helping someone heal their relationship with food and their body.
I believe in combating diet culture and fostering whole health- mind, body, and spirit. My approach is centered around gentle nutrition through navigating Intuitive Eating with a Health At Every Size lens. I am available in-person as well as a virtual setting for nutrition counseling, with the hopes of increasing health equity in rural areas.
I honor the importance of an individualized approach in helping someone heal their relationship with food and their body. I hope to be a part of your journey to recovery and healing, in whatever that looks like for you.
