My clients are adults, teens, and athletes who are tired of fighting with food. Some are in recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or ARFID. Some are athletes underfueling without realizing it. Others have spent years dieting, feeling out of control around food, or following rules that stopped working. I offer weight-inclusive, non-diet nutrition counseling for eating disorder recovery, ARFID, sports nutrition, gut health, and medical nutrition therapy. I'm in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Superior HealthPlans, and UnitedHealthcare. Sessions are available in-person in Austin and via telehealth across Texas.
Recovery isn't linear, and nutrition support shouldn't feel like another thing to get right.
