About
Do you want to ditch the diet mentality and find food freedom? I can help you to achieve this with individualized, personalized 1:1 nutrition support. I work with those with eating disorders and disordered eating heal their relationship with food by guiding them to their internal wisdom in what, when, and how to eat. My passion is helping my clients gain the freedom in life that comes when they release the power that food has over their mind and body. I believe that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, so all bodies are good bodies that deserve love and care, even if you desire to change it.
I utilize a Non-Diet approach, which will help you learn how to make eating choices from a place of self-care and connection to your body, instead of from a place of self-punishment or culturally-influenced food "rules." My hope is that you rediscover the pleasure in eating, stop chronic dieting, and make peace with food.
I have seen the incredible healing power that comes with confessing our struggles in our relationships with food. It can be so difficult and awkward at first to bring this into the light! So, I promise you an open and non-judgmental space to feel comfortable to share your issues and concerns.
