As a certified intuitive eating counselor, you won't be getting diet plans or foods to avoid from me. In addition, I take a weight-inclusive approach, so we aren't going to look at weight either. Instead, I will work with you to improve your relationship with food and your body through intuitive eating exercises, journaling, and 1:1 virtual sessions.
